At the moment Talshyn works at Yessenov University as a teacher of a foreign language at the Department of World Languages. In 2017, she began her career as a teacher at the Aktau College of Foreign Languages. In November 2019, she completed a professional continuing education course (Cambridge) and received the certificate of TKT (Teaching Knowledge Test) Modules 1, 2, 3.
